FAQs & AGB
Photo-Op:
Let our photo team pose you with your favourite star - just you and your idol. Your photo will then be printed out in large format for you to take home. (an extra ticket is required) - when purchasing a ticket, you give us permission to subsequently upload the digital file to a public sales platform.
Selfie:
Take a selfie of you and your favourite star. (an extra ticket is required)
Autograph sessions:
Get one of our photo templates or something you bring yourself signed by your favourite star. (an extra ticket is required)
Q&A panels:
All star guests will answer questions on stage - from our moderators, but also from their fans. Don't be afraid, because this is a rare opportunity. Whether you will be able to ask your question is not guaranteed, depending on the crowd. (included in the price)
Bag check:
Will be available. Bags: no size specification. We do not assume any liability.
Cameras & Co:
Hobby cameras, including Polaroids, are permitted. Please switch off the flashes during panels and performances.
The most important points of the Ticket T&Cs summarised.
- Children under the age of 7 (age on the day of the event counts) do not need a ticket.
- People with a severely disabled person's pass marked "B" may bring an accompanying person free of charge. It is essential that you show your disabled pass and ID card at the entrance. Thank you for your understanding.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged if the event is carried out properly; changes of venue, date and/or programme do not entitle the customer to a refund.
- Children under the age of 13 are generally also permitted at the photo ops (however, at least one ticket must always be purchased). On the day of the event, visitors are subject to the official guidelines, rules and, if applicable, corona measures in force at the time of the event. A change in the above-mentioned measures is not a reason for cancellation.
